Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic financial plans that support the company's growth and profitability goals
- Oversee comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to guide executive decision-making
- Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team focused on strategic initiatives and financial analysis
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data to influence business strategy and operational improvements
- Drive the integration of financial planning with business strategy, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Monitor key financial metrics and market trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration highly preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, or investment banking, financial services
- Proven track record of leading financial strategy and analysis in a complex business environment
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to utilize advanced financial modeling and analytical skills daily to interpret complex data and forecast business outcomes
